Enrolment Forms are required before commencing an activity at the house. There are three enrolment forms available – click on the above links to view or download a form. If you are not sure which enrolment form to complete, please contact the office.
Enrolling in a class does not automatically guarantee space in a particular class because there are limits on class sizes for the safety and comfort of all class participants. If you submit an enrolment form, our office staff will contact you and provide further information.
If you are pregnant, you need to check with the tutor if the class is suitable for you. Our Yoga and Pilates classes are not suitable for pregnant women.
Please let the tutor know if there is any information that may require special consideration in any class.
An annual fee of $5 per head applies to everyone. This fee will be in addition to normal class fees and will apply to everyone, including one-off workshops. It will be applied only once, even if you attend more than one activity.
Payments for Class Fees and our Annual Fee may be made via cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS. Cheques are made payable to ‘Mitcham Community House’. We can take credit card payments over the phone or in-person at the office only. For Bank Transfer, please phone the office for details.
A minimum payment of $10 applies to all card transactions.
Enrolment for the term will be confirmed once the relevant full-term class fee has been received.
