Mitcham Community House has Committee Vacancies
Are you an experienced professional prepared to volunteer some time to a community house committee of management? Mitcham Community House Committee is looking to bolster its numbers. Most needed is the ability to corporately govern a community based organisation with over 1,000 weekly users. Current or recent workplace experience or policy writing would benefit us immeasurably. We oversee a budget of $500K, computerised accounts are reported monthly and we simply need more numbers.
Ideally, we would like to recruit from both outside and inside the House. Meetings are bi-monthly, of two hours duration, currently 5 pm on Wednesdays, but timing is negotiable. We offer a friendly environment and a sense of humour is a pre-requisite!
