Chair Yoga is Great when you’re returning to exercise after an injury or surgery. It’s easy to progress at your own pace and level. It accomplishes all exercises with the aid of a Chair.

I have been teaching at the Mitcham Community House since 2009. I now teach 3 Classes in Strength Training for Older Adults and 2 Pilates Classes at Mitcham Community House.
