In order to keep up the standards re: equipment, chairs, tables etc. MCH Committee has resolved to set an annual fee of $5 per head for everyone who attends the House starting first term 2019. This fee will be in addition to normal class fees and will apply to everyone, including one-off workshops. It will be applied only once even if you attend more than one activity.
All Classes are for Adults aged 18+ unless stated otherwise. If you have any illness, injury or disability you must provide a current letter from your doctor/allied health professional/support worker stating that you are able to fully participate in the class or if full participation is only possible if extra support(s) is provided what this would entail. This information will only be disclosed to the tutor of your class.
Please inform your teacher/instructor at the beginning of class or at any time during the class, if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any pain or discomfort.
Please fill in an Enrolment Form if you have not filled an enrolment form for MCH. Please inform office if your contact details change while you are taking attending Activities and Classes at Mitcham Community House
