Fee: $30 per session + ingredients Fee, paid to the tutor, see the office.
Come and learn the art of cheese making and take home fetta, camembert and mozzarella cheese. In this ‘hands on’ style workshop, participants receive tuition, recipes and ideas on creative artisan cheese making, simple enough to then continue making cheese at home. It’s a fun, informative class and participants often return to do a class a second time.
