Learn to love and understand your body, then balance and harmonize your clothing and accessory choices to complement it. Identify your face and body shapes and learn how to complement them. Please wear fitted casual clothes.

TALK - Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating
Often a silent illness which remains untreated, eating disorders affect 1 in 20 Australians.
Professional Counsellor Natalie Wild presents an informative presentation for anyone touched by this disorder.
The session will enable people to access the support and information they need to recover (in a way which works for them), and provides helpful strategies for loved ones and carers.

POWERS OF ATTORNEY - Guardianship and Medical Powers of Attorney
Qualified Lawyer, Ro, will advise you on the steps to take to find your way through the red tape.
When you can no longer make important decisions, you need someone you can trust who understands your wishes. These informative sessions explain how this can be done.

iPad & iPhones
This course will give you the confidence and skills you need to make the most of your device. Lisa & the ReadyTechGo team will teach you some insider tips & tricks to make technology your new best friend.
Requirements: Bring along your own iPad or iPhone.

TALK - Walking in Autistic Shoes
Born in 1963, thought deaf, and diagnosed as psychotic at the age of two, Donna Williams acquired functional speech in late childhood and came to terms with her autism in her 20’s.
Donna since gained post graduate qualifications as a sociologist & teacher. She is the author of ten books on autism and is an international public speaker.
Donna will provide a fascinating insight into the world of Autism as someone who has actually been there.

COMPUTER TABLETS FOR THE OVER 50’s
This class covers the basics – emailing, getting apps, connecting to the internet and shortcuts. Suits all makes & models of tablets except Apple iPads.
Requirements: Bring along your own Android tablet.

Exercise For Over 50's
We offer resistance training to build bone and muscle strength, aid weight loss, and improve cardio-vascular fitness. Using a range of light weights, you can improve your muscle tone and strength using Lea and Birgit's gentle exercises.
MCH also offers a wide range of Yoga instruction from gentle Chair Yoga to more advanced Hatha Classes
