Move your body! There's an exercise class for everyone at MCH. Tai Chi, Pilates, Strength Training, and Chair Yoga are just the beginning.
Have a break and drop off your children at our Occasional Childcare area or drop in anytime for a free cuppa and get a feel for what we do.
We're your local learning centre. You can find us in the leafy suburb of Mitcham, just down the road from the train station.
